How to Make Grilled Chicken with Chimichurri Sauce at Home
Ingredients:
Chimichurri sauce:
1 and ½ cups fresh parsley
Garlic cloves 9-10
1 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
Salt ¼ teaspoon or to taste
2 teaspoons black pepper powder
½ tablespoon crushed red pepper
1 and ½ teaspoon paprika powder
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup olive oil or as needed
Grilled Glazed Chicken:
Chicken 350g
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 and ½ teaspoon crushed green chili pepper
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 ½ tablespoon powdered brown sugar
Salt ½ teaspoon or to taste
½ teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
Whole black pepper ½ teaspoon
Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons
1 tablespoon olive oil
How to Prepared:
Chimichurri sauce:
In the chopper add the fresh parsley, garlic, dried oregano and chop well.
In a bowl add all things and mix well, the chimichurri sauce is ready.
Grilled Glazed Chicken:
Cut the chicken fillets in half, then cut into halves and set aside.
