How to Make Chicken Tortilla Wrap at Home
Ingredients :
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
200 grams without chicken bone
Salt 1/2 teaspoon or to taste.
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
1 teaspoon dried coriander powder
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Tandoori Masala (optional) 1 tbsp
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Yogurt 1 cup.
2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 teaspoon
French coriander chopped
Tortilla.
Red cabbage
Onion pieces
Tomato Julian
Lettuce
Butter as needed
Method:
First put a tablespoon of oil on a pan, then add a tablespoon of jap garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then add 200 grams of boneless chicken in small pieces and cook until it is tender. Cover and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes till the chicken turns white. Then add 2/1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of red chillies, add 1 teaspoon of cumin powder and a teaspoon of dried coriander. Add 2/1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of chopped chillies and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and mix them well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now take an empty cup, add 1 cup yogurt, add 2 to 3 teaspoons mayonnaise, add salt to taste, add 2/1 teaspoon red chilli powder, add 2/1 teaspoon cumin powder and add fresh chopped coriander, now mix them well.
Now take a tortilla and spread the sauce that was made in it. Now put cooked chicken on it and put red cabbage pieces on it. Add slices of onion. Add chopped tomatoes. Add salad leaves and put sauce on it and fold it. Heat up the frying pan and put butter on it and also put butter on the roll that has been made and fry it on the frying pan.
