 How to make Chicken Chow Mein at Home




Ingredients:


Spaghetti Noodles 250 gms (Boiled)

Boneless Chicken 400 gms (Cut into small Pieces)

Carrot 2 (Chopped)

Capsicum 1 (Chopped)

Cabbage 1 (Chopped)

Onion 1 (Chopped)

Garlic Cloves 4 (Chopped)

Corn Flour 1 tbsp

Black Olives 1 tbsp (Chopped)

Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp

Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp

Soya Sauce 2 tbsp

Oil 4 tbsp

Salt 1/4 tsp

Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

White Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

Water 1/2 Cup


Direction:


Take a bowl and add Boneless Chicken and add Salt, Black Pepper Powder and mix it well.

Now take a pot and add Oil and add marinated chicken (from step 1) and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame with stir.

Now add Chopped Garlic and stir it and then add Onion, Carrot and stir it well and then add Capsicum, Cabbage and stir it on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes and then add White Pepper Powder, Soya Sauce, Oyster Sauce and stir it well and then add Boiled Spaghetti Noodles and stir it well on medium flame.

Now take a 1/2 cup water and add Chicken Powder and mix it well and then add it into pot and mix it well and then cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove the lid and stir it and add Black Olives and stir it and turn off the flame. Your Chicken Chow Mein Recipe is Ready.
