The Method of Preparation

 Take 500 grams of fish, clean it properly and grind it and put it in a dash. Take a pan, add 2 dried red chilies in it, add cumin seeds, cook it on low heat for one minute Roast lightly for 2 minutes, then put them all in a grinder and add 2 to 3 green chilies and grind them. After grinding, add 4/1 teaspoon turmeric, 1.5 teaspoons chili powder, 1.5 teaspoons coriander. Add 4 tablespoons of water and grind them all

Sprinkle 4/1 teaspoon turmeric on top of the fish, add 1 teaspoon chili powder, add salt to taste and mix these spices well on both sides of the fish by hand.

Marinate for 30 minutes.  . Fry the fish in it on medium heat for 2 minutes. Fry the fish on both sides for 2 minutes then take them out in a pan. Heat a tablespoon of oil and add 2 medium chopped onions

Fry it for 7 to 8 minutes till it becomes light brown. Add the spice paste made in the grinder, add 2/1 teaspoon salt and fry it on low heat till it becomes light brown. Add 1 tablespoon of roasted and powdered to this oil, then cook on low heat for one minute, add 15 to 20 curry leaves, then fry for 2 minutes, add 4 tablespoons of tamarind juice and mix it, add 250 ml of water till it is applied. Cook then add pieces of fried fish and cover it and cook for 5 minutes. Turn the fish over low heat and add 4 tablespoons of nutmeg to it. Mix it well then cover it and cover it for 10 minutes. Cook, add 3 tablespoons chopped coriander and let it boil for 2 minutes.
