How to Make Pudding Bread at Home




Bread pudding is actually a mixture of bread and dessert.


Ingredients :

10 slices of white bread.

2 eggs

1/2 cup sugar (100 grams)

1 tablespoon vanilla essence.

1/4 cardamom powder

4 tablespoons sugar.

1 1/2 cup milk (360-375 ml)

2 tablespoons melted butter.

The Method of Preparation :


First you take a blending jar and chop it into small pieces of bread and make slices of this slices. Now take a separate mixing bowl, put eggs in it and beat them. Add vanilla essence and melted butter in it. Mix it well and you will also mix powdered sugar in it. Mix 1.5 cups of milk in it. After mixing all this, add bread crumbs in it and mix it well. Caramelize the sugar. You take 4 teaspoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of water in it and let the sugar melt on low flame and when it melts, take out a mold man and spread it and the mixture prepared from bread and milk. They will put it in and wrap it with a foil and make small holes in the top of the foil.

Boil a liter of water in a pot, put a stand in it and place the mold you have prepared on it and cover it. Keep the flame high for 2 minutes then keep the flame for 40 to 45 minutes. If the water is not dry then check with a knife. If your knife is dry then your pudding is ready and with the help of a knife separate it from the mold on all four sides then place the plate on the mold and turn the mold over. Your
