How to Make Panna Cotta Quickly
Ingredients:
For the vanilla panna cotta:
1 cup (240 ml) milk
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
7g gelatin
35 ml of cold water
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
Enemy of the chocolate panna cotta:
1 cup (240 ml) milk
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
6g gelatin
30 ml of cold water
120 g (4.23 ounces) dark chocolate
3 tablespoons (36 g) of sugar
How to Prepared:
1. Prepare the vanilla panna cotta: whisk the gelatine and water in a small bowl. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
2. In a medium saucepan, heat the cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat. until the sugar has dissolved. (not cook). . Stir in gelatin and immediately stir until smooth until smooth and dissolved. Pass through a sieve.
3. Place the glasses at an angle in a small container or muffin pan. If the glasses slip, place a small towel underneath to stabilize yourself. Pour the mixture. Chill for at least 4 hours.
4. Prepare the chocolate panna cotta: whisk the gelatine and water in a small bowl. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
5. In a medium saucepan, heat the cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat. until the sugar has dissolved. (not cook). Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and chocolate, and mix until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in gelatin and immediately stir until smooth until smooth and dissolved.
6. Let cool for 15-20 minutes, then pour the chocolate-milk mixture through a sieve into the glasses. Chill for at least 4 hours.
