How to Make Mexican Stuffed Peppers Quickly 



 Ingredients:

Cream 4 tbsp

1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of cooking oil

1 medium onion, chopped

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

Chop 350 g

1 teaspoon of salt or to taste

1 teaspoon of red chili powder 

- Onion powder ½ tsp

Garlic powder 1 tsp.

1 teaspoon of ground cumin

Black pepper powder ½ tsp

1 teaspoon of paprika powder

2 tablespoons of chili sauce

1 cup tomato puree

1 1/2 tsp dried parsley

 Stock 1 cup or as required

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese or as needed

½ cup boiled beans

Boiled corn kernels ¾ Mug

½ cup of boiled rice

Capsicum as required

Grated Cheddar

Grated mozzarella

Boiled corn kernels

Dried parsley

Chopped red chilli


How to make:


In a bowl combine the cream, lemon juice, beat well and let it rest for 2-3 minutes, the sour cream is ready!

In a pan, add cooking oil, onion and saute until translucent.

Add the garlic and mix well.

Add the ground beef and mix well until it changes color.

Add salt, red pepper powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, paprika powder, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the chilli sauce, tomato puree and mix well.

Add the dried parsley, broth and mix well, cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes.

Let it cool down.

Add the cheddar cheese, beans, corn kernels, sour cream, rice, mix well and set aside.

Cut the pepper and yellow pepper in the center and remove the seeds.

In a baking dish, put the pepper and yellow pepper and microwave for 2 minutes.

Stuff with the prepared minced meat filling and add the cheddar, mozzarella, corn kernels, dried parsley and chopped red pepper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C until the cheese has melted (8-10 minutes) and serve!
