How to Make a Creamy Chicken and Tomato Pasta Recipe




Ingredients:

Boneless chicken cubes 350g

Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon

Paprika powder ½ teaspoon

½ teaspoon black pepper powder

dried parsley ½ teaspoon

½ teaspoon salt or to taste

Olive oil 1 tbsp

Bring the water to the boil as required

4-5 medium-sized tomatoes

Olive oil ½ tablespoon

Paprika small cubes 1 medium

Olive oil 3 tablespoons

Onion, chopped 1 medium

Garlic, chopped 1 tbsp

½ teaspoon salt or to taste

½ teaspoon black pepper powder

Red chilli pepper, crushed 1 teaspoon

Dried basil 1 teaspoon

Dried parsley 1 teaspoon

Paprika powder ½ teaspoon

Tomato puree 1 & ½ tablespoon

1 cup of chicken broth

Cream ¾ cup

Penne pasta 350g (cooked with salt according to package instructions)

½ cup of grated cheddar cheese

½ cup of grated mozzarella cheese

Dried parsley


Preparation:


Put the chicken, ginger-garlic paste, paprika powder, black pepper powder, dried parsley, salt and olive oil in a bowl, mix well, cover and marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Add the tomatoes (cut lightly with a knife) in boiling water, blanch for 3-4 minutes, then drain, remove the skin from the tomatoes and roughly chop.

Put the tomatoes and tomato puree in the chopper and set aside.

In a wok add the olive oil and the marinated chicken, mix well until it changes color and cook until soft (approx. 5-6 minutes).

Add the pepper, mix well for a minute, then transfer to a bowl and set aside.

In the same wok add olive oil, onion, garlic, mix well and cook until the onions are translucent.

Add the mashed tomatoes, mix well and cook for a minute.

Add salt, black pepper powder, crushed red paprika, dried basil, dried parsley, paprika powder, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the tomato puree and mix well, cover and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Add the chicken broth and mix well.

Add the cream, stir well and cook for a minute and set aside.

Put the cooked noodles, the cooked chicken, the prepared creamy sauce, the cheddar cheese, the mozzarella cheese and the dried parsley in an ovenproof dish.

Bake in the preheated oven at 170 ° C for 10 minutes (on the upper rail).
