 How to Make Cream Cheese Alfredo Pasta at Home.




Ingredients:


Chicken fillet 250g

2 tablespoons cooking oil

Salt ½ teaspoon or to taste

Black pepper powder ½ teaspoon

Garlic powder ½ teaspoon

½ teaspoon Italian dressing

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2-3 tablespoons butter

Swiss Premium Original Cream Cheese Spread 150g

½ cup cream

1 cup of chicken broth

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Salt ¼ teaspoon or to taste

¼ teaspoon Italian dressing

1 pinch nutmeg

Garlic powder ½ tablespoon

Fettuccine 250g (boiled with salt according to package directions)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


How to Prepared:



Cut the chicken fillet from the center, then julienne and reserve.

In a wok, add the cooking oil, chicken and mix well until it changes color.

Add salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, soy sauce, mix well and cook until dry (about 4-5 minutes) and set aside.

In a wok add the butter and let it melt.

Over low heat, add the original cream cheese spread and mix well.

Add the cream and mix well.

Add the chicken broth and blend continuously.

Add ground black pepper, salt, Italian seasoning, nutmeg (grate with the help of a grater) and garlic powder, blend well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Now add the cooked chicken and mix well.

Add the boiled noodles and mix well.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve!
