Ingredients:

Cut the chicken into 250 grams strips.

Yogurt (2 yogurt)

Half a teaspoon of paprika powder

Tika Masala 1 and 2 tbsp

 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Ginger Garlic Paste  2 tbsp.

Salt; teaspoon or to taste.

2-3 tablespoons cooking oil

Egg 1.

Salt (to taste)

Pepper to taste

1 tablespoon cooking oil

 Large pieces of bread.

Butter

 Mayonnaise

Tomato ketchup.

Lettuce leaves.

Cucumber pieces.

Pieces of cheese

The Method of Preparation:


First take an empty bowl and add 250 grams chopped chicken and 2 teaspoons of yogurt, half a teaspoon of paprika, 1.5 teaspoons of spices, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, half a teaspoon of ginger, garlic paste, half a teaspoon of salt and all these. Mix well

Now put a frying pan in it and put 2 to 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in it. Leave it for now. Place it on a chop board, make small pieces and set aside

Now put the egg in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, crushed pepper and stir well.

In a frying pan, add cooking oil and fry the fried eggs on both sides (1-2 minutes) and set aside.

Use a knife to cut the sides of large loaves of bread.

Grease the cast iron grill pan with butter and toast bread slices on both sides.

Plural:

Now place the three pieces of refined bread on a clean surface.

Spread mayonnaise and tomato ketchup, place lettuce leaves, cucumber, prepared omelette, pieces of cheese and place another piece of bread on top.

Now add the prepared chicken tikka filling and flip the third piece of bread on it (3-4 makes)

Cut into desired pieces and add skewers.
