Ingredients:

For chicken:

3 chicken breasts, without skin.

1-2 tablespoons oil.

1/2 teaspoon salt.

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder.

1 teaspoon paprika.

1 teaspoon dried oregano.

For salads:

2-3 celery sticks, chopped.

1/2 green apple, chopped.

3 green onions, chopped.

1/4 red onion, chopped.

2 tablespoons parsley, chopped.

4-5 leaves lettuce, chopped.

1/2 cup (45 grams) almonds, chopped or any other nuts.

1/2 cup (65 grams) dried cranberries / raisins.

For dressing:

4 tablespoons mayonnaise, low fat.

1 tablespoon Greek yogurt, low fat.

1 teaspoon of mustard seeds.

2 tablespoons lemon juice.

Salt to taste.

Pepper to taste.


How to Make Chicken Salad Recipe 

 First take a bowl, add half a teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of paper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 2 teaspoons of oil and mix them well, then add chicken breast. Put 3 pieces and apply the well prepared paste on them then cook it in a frying pan for 4 to 5 minutes. Cook it well on both sides then when it is well cooked put it in a tray. Take it out and let it cool down and then cut it into small pieces. Now put these small pieces in a bowl.

Take the stem of celery plant and cut it and add it to the chicken. Now take 1/4 red onion and chop it and put it in the chicken. Now take 1/2 green apple and chop it and mix it in the chicken. Take 3 green onions and chop them and add 2 teaspoons of celery. Chop 4 or 5 leaves of lettuce. Add chopped almonds. Add half a cup of chopped almonds. Add half a cup of dried cranberries. Add a tablespoon of Greek yogurt, salt and pepper to taste, add lemon juice, 2 tablespoons, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, mix them all well and put this paste on top of the chicken and the ingredients on it and all of them. Mix well
