How to Make Chicken Adobe at Home
Ingredients:
Chicken 2/1 kg
2/1 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Bay leaf 4 to 5
Paper 1/2 tsp
2 tablespoons garlic paste
4 tablespoons cooking oil
The Method of Preparation
First we will wash the chicken and cut it and marinate the chicken and add all the ingredients and put the licorice paste in it. Break the bay leaf in it.
In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and all the chicken pieces. Add the marinated sauce to the pan and cook over medium heat until the chicken is tender. Cook for 10 minutes. Cook until the sauce thickens
Now fry it. Take 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and add 1 tbsp garlic paste. Fry it for 1 to 2 minutes. Now add boiled chicken pieces and fry on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes. On the heat, until they are golden, and when they are golden on both sides, add the puffed sauce with the chicken, and when the bubbles start to rise in the sauce, it is ready.
Now you can decorate it with finely chopped coriander and serve
