Ingredients:

All-purpose flour, sifted 3 & ½ cups

Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon

Tikka massala 1 tbsp

Salt ¼ teaspoon or to taste

Pizza sauce 2 tbsp or as needed

Preparation:


Prepare the Dough:

In a pitcher, add the instant yeast, caster sugar, lukewarm water and mix well, cover and let rise for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, add the flour, salt, all-purpose cooking oil and mix well until it crumbles.

Now add the yeast mixture and mix well.

Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until a dough forms.

Grease with cooking oil, cover and let rise for 1 & hours (warm place).


Prepare the chicken:

In a frying pan, add the cooking oil, the chicken and mix well until it changes color.

Add the ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Add the tikka masala, salt, mix well and cook 2-3 minutes.

Add lemon juice and mix well, cover and cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes, then cook over high heat until dry.

Let cool.

Sprinkle dry flour over it and knead the dough again until smooth.

Take a small dough (150g) and form a ball, sprinkle with dry flour and roll out with a rolling pin (11 inch round) and prick with a fork.

Heat the baking sheet, place the rolled dough and cook halfway on both sides (1 minute per side) and set aside for later use.

Take another dough (220 g), sprinkle with dry flour and roll out with a rolling pin (12 inch round) and prick with a fork.


Assembly :

On top of the rolled dough, add cream cheese and spread (leave sides about 1 inch).

Add the mozzarella, dried oregano and prepared flatbread, apply water to the edges and bring the sides together and seal tightly.

Now transfer the dough to the pizza rack, add and spread the pizza sauce, prepared chicken, onion, black olives, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, prepared chicken, onion, black olives, cheddar cheese, mozzarella and sprinkle with dried oregano (makes 2-3 pizzas).
