How to Make a Bread Croissant at Home Quickly
Ingredients:
-Warm water ½ cup
Milk ½ cup at room temperature
Sugar 1 tbs
Instant yeast 2 tsp
All-purpose flour sifted 3 Cups
Salt)½ tsp
Cooking oil 2 tbs
Water ¼ Cup or as required
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Butter 100 g at room temperature

How to Make Doo
Take an empty bowl, add half a cup of water, a cup of milk, a teaspoon of sugar and mix well. Fill it with 2 teaspoons of yeast and mix and leave it for 5 to 7 minutes.
Now take another empty bowl and add 3 cups of flour, half a teaspoon of salt and mix, add yeast mixture, 2 teaspoons of cooking oil and then stir well, then add 1/4 cup of water and stir and add a little water. Knead for 5 minutes then put 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil on it and knead it then cover the bowl with a damp cloth and keep it in a warm place for 1 hour . Now add it to the bowl. Take it out and lightly knead it. Add dry flour and divide it into 3 parts. Roll each one separately and apply butter on it. Fold it on both sides and apply butter on top. Fold the second doo in the same way and place the folded doo in it and fold it in the same way and place the third doo on top of it after rolling it in the same way and fold it in the same way and each Use 100 grams of butter in a layer and wrap the combined flour tightly and place in a plate and refrigerate for 4 hours. After 4 hours you take it out and put it on it. Remove the rubber whip and sprinkle dry flour on it and roll it with a rolling pin then cut a 3.5 inch piece of it then cut a piece of 3.5 inch from one corner to the other then lighten the side which is thicker. Cut and start folding these two ends and take them to the end. Fold all the pieces in this way and apply egg paste on it and leave it for an hour. Now let it cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Cook at 200 degrees
