How to Make Smoked Chicken Biryani at Home


Here are the ingredients you need to make a smoked chicken Biryani

Chicken (Biryani cut) 12 pieces.

Yogurt (yogurt) 5 kg

Ginger Garlic Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste) 2 tbsp

Red Chili Powder (Red Chili Powder) 1 and. Spoon

Tomatoes 2-3 medium sliced.

 (Dried Potato) 6-8.

Green Peppers (Green Peppers) 5-6.

Mint (mint leaves) 1 bunch.

Rice Basmati Sela 1 kg (soaked for 30 minutes) (Lemon juice, salt, all spices mixed)

Instructions.

Boil the rice with lemon juice, salt, cinnamon sticks, bay leaf and cloves, cook until cooked, put in a colander and set aside.
