How to make a Shawarma Sandwich at Home Quickly and Easily




Here's how to make a shawarma sandwich


Chicken without bones 200 grams

Yogurt 1/4 cup

1 tablespoon chopped garlic and ginger

Salt 1/4 tsp or to taste.

1/4 tablespoon cumin powder

Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

1 teaspoon dried coriander powder

Tandoori Masala 1 teaspoon

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon oil.

Capsicum chopped

Chopped onion

Pita / shawarma bread

Chili Garlic Sauce

Chopped mozzarella cheese.

Tikka mayonnaise.

Red pepper flakes



How to Prepared:

 First take 200 grams of chicken boneless and put it in a bowl

Pour 1/4 cup yogurt over it, add 1 teaspoon crushed ginger and garlic, add 4/1 teaspoon salt

Add 1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder

Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon and 2/1 teaspoon red pepper

Tandoori powder 1 tbsp

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Mix them all well

Cover and marinate the bowl with a plastic bag for 30 minutes

Take a pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil, add marinated chicken, cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Add chopped capsicum, chopped onion, mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Take an empty pan, spread butter in it, put shawarma bread on it, put chili garlic sauce on it and spread it, put cooked chicken on it.

After adding chicken, add grated mozzarella cheese, lightly chopped red chillies and mayonnaise.

And put beaten bread on it and add mozzarella cheese and mayonnaise and chopped red pepper.

Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes

Get your shawarma sandwich ready
