 How to Make Herb Grilled Chicken Recipe | Healthy Grilled Chicken Recipe at Home




Ingredients for the grilled chicken:





Chicken fillets - 3 numbers (weighing about 100-125g each)


Marinade for mixing:

- Chili flakes - 1 tsp

- oregano - 1 tsp

- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

- Brown sugar - 1/2 tsp

- juice of 1 small lemon - 2 tsp

- Coriander leaves / chopped parsley - 3 tbsp

- garlic cloves - 3

- 1/2 tsp salt


Preparation:


- Take a blender / coffee grinder and add all the elements to marinate.

- Stir in a coarse marinade and pour over the chicken fillets. after mixing take a side for 30 minutes.


Procedure:


- Heat a non-stick pan and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Spread it out evenly.

- Once hot, add the chicken fillets next to each other. Pour the rest of the marinade oil over the chicken.

-3 minutes high heat 

- Turn them over and grill them on the other side for another 3 minutes.

- Cook on both sides over low heat for 3-4 minutes and turn the chicken pieces.

-  pour the oil into the pan

- Cook until grill marks appear.
