How to Make Grilled Smoked Burger Recipe at Home



Ingredients for the chicken marinade:

Chicken fillets 6-7

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp.

1 teaspoon oregano

1 tablespoon oil

Ingredients for the coleslaw:

Carrots (julienned) 1 cup

Red cabbage (shredded) 1 cup 1/2 cup of mayonnaise Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper

1/2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar Ingredients for the hamburger sauce: 1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 tablespoon paprika flakes 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce 

Ingredients for assembly:

Iceberg (as needed) 

Burger sauce (as needed)

Tomatoes (as needed)

JalapeƱos (as needed)

Cheese slice (if necessary)

Grilled steaks (as needed)

Coleslaw (if needed)

Hamburger bun (if necessary)

Make Grilled Smoked Burger Recipe

Instructions for chickens:

Take the chicken fillets and slice them as thinly as possible.

Mix the oil, salt, pepper, and oregano in a bowl and marinate the chicken fillets for at least 15 to 20 minutes.

Grease a grill with oil and fry the marinated chicken fillets for at least 4 minutes on both sides.

After cooking, remove from the grill and reserve.

Coleslaw Instructions:

Mix the mayonnaise, salt, white pepper and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.

Add the carrot and red cabbage and mix well. Your coleslaw is ready, reserve.

Instructions for hamburger sauce:

In a bowl, add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and sweet chili sauce.

Mix well and the hamburger sauce is ready.

Assembly:

Grab a burger bun, add coleslaw, grilled chicken, ice cream castle, tomato, jalapeƱo, and cheese slices.

Drizzle with the prepared burger sauce, top with bun, and the burger is done.

Serve with fries and enjoy a delicious grilled smoked burger.

Preparation time: 15-20 minutes.
