How to Cook Delicious Scrambled Eggs for Healthy Breakfast
Before Start the recipe let's Take these things
1.first take 3 eggs
2.Milk 2 tablespoon
3.Salt as need
4.Black Peeper powder as required
5.Oil or Butter 2 tablespoon
Directions:
Mix the milk, salt and pepper
mix well
add the eggs and beat
Heat the butter / oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat and let it melt
Pour in the egg mixture
If the eggs get too firm, use a spatula to gently pull the eggs out of the pan, creating a large, soft curd.
Continue cooking by pulling, lifting, and folding the eggs until they thicken and no more liquid egg can be seen.
Just before they're done, take them out and serve the velvety scrambled eggs straight away.
Serve with toast or salsa sauce
